Learn the many aspects of traditional Spanish cuisine: traditional Spanish recipes, tapas, meat carving, knife skills, wine pairing, and presentation. Our focus in on fresh, local produce. 

Once all of the great food is ready, sit down in our exclusive lodge and feast on your creations! Finish your day with a walking tour of the village of Pozos with Chef Esmeraldo.
