In October 2011 Chef Esmeraldo did a three week Spanish Food Promotion at the Royal Plaza on Scotts. Sixty lucky ladies got to participate in a cooking class with Chef Esmeraldo and Chef Robert Mak! 
Chef Esmeraldo will be back at the Royal Plaza on Scotts for another Spanish Food Promotion highlighting the moorish influences on spanish cuisine July 20th – August 18th 2012.
